Adding new civilian and neutral objects

I adding new roads, trees and civilian buildings to my mod, but after i opened world builder with my mod these new objects does not appear. It working only with faction objects. Is there any way to make them work?

I think when building your mod you have to use BuildModCiv.dat instead of BuildMod.dat

They don't appear in the list or are invisible?
