The Disruptor was GDI's most efficient unit in the field during the second tiberium war. Now, it has been
reborn in the form of Harmonizer hovercraft. The Harmonizer is basically a hovering Disruptor, with less
armor and more speed, plus the ability to cross water as it is a hover unit. The sonic wave weapon it
uses decimates any low-armored units and structures fast, but stronger units like Neutralizers can
destroy them easily without taking too much damage.

It's good to see progress but I'm not sure why you're using a lot of TW designs for the GDI units. The Zone Shatterer in particular looked pretty odd IMO, especially in TS as it's hovering high above the ground. Why not make it a bit longer and better "supported" perhaps with more visible hover mechanisms.

The TW designs are a remnant of time when I was thinking to make CL a link between FS and KW, and while the plans changed, the designs stayed.
But I've never been too happy with this one tbh, so when I get a good idea I'll redesign this one. The APC and Predator will stay though.

Personally I think the CnC 3 - KW units really let this mod down where the none CnC 3 - KW stuff looks very good. Be original, you've shown you can do it !
