Yesterday,I was having a look at TI's local.mix file(with XCC Mixer),when I saw drltnk.vxl,which it looks like an unfinished voxel.And that's my qusetion: what drltnk.vxl was supposed to be?

Oh, it's an old, currently unused debris for the Railgun Tank. It's the rear part of the very first Railgun Tank voxel made by Team Black:
